My mother has fallen in the shower a couple times in the last few months. I’m starting to worry about her bathing alone, but I don’t want to insist she only showers when I’m there. How can I help?

Keeping as much independence as possible is important as seniors age, so suggesting equipment and modifications to the bathroom/shower area can be a big help. Shower chairs, grab bars, and non-slip mats can help to reduce falls.
