An interviewee’s attitude can make or break the potential of a job offer. Although it may seem like employers are looking for fresh-faced energetic kids, the opposite is true. Employers have reported desiring more experienced and older workers. Positive attitudes for both young and old job seekers is key to successfully landing a job. Employers are looking for ambitious and willing candidates. This includes a desire to consistently grow and learn in the work environment. Displaying this type of impression in an interview will increase the employer’s interest in you. Don’t forget to check your ego.
