My husband and I drive from Pennsylvania to Florida every year for the winter. This year it doesn’t seem like he’s going to be able to do the drive. Is there a way for us to get our car there without

Some people take the train to transport themselves and their car to and from Florida. Amtrak has a service where you can hop on the train in Washington DC and ride it to Orlando with your car. This way you only have to make the short drive from Pennsylvania to the train station, and then from Orlando to wherever you spend your winters in Florida. You could also have a relative drive you down and then fly home, if you have someone willing to do that for you. Depending on flight costs, it could be cheaper than taking the train.
